How does lookingGLASS’s styling services work?
Start by taking our short 2-minute style questionnaire to help us learn your individual needs and style preferences. Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, you’ll be connected with a personal stylist who will work with you and your closet to curate a complete outfit with items you already own and suggest new outfit options. Depending on your Style Subscription Package preference, consultations can occur via text, phone, or video.
I already have a subscription. How do I connect with a stylist?
Navigate and login to your Account Profile and select the “Get Started” button in the upper right hand corner. You will then be prompted to complete the 2-minute style questionnaire to help us learn your individual needs and style preferences, like whether this is for a specific event or if you’re just needing a wardrobe refresh. To connect with a stylist, you must complete a new style questionnaire, regardless if this is your first style session or your 100th session. Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, you’ll be connected with a personal stylist who will get you styled!
Do I have to get styled every month?
No! We understand that life happens and things can get in the way. You can rollover your monthly style session credits to the following month one time. You will have an additional 30 days to use your style credits before they expire.
Can I send lookingGLASS as a gift?
Yes! You can purchase an e-gift card in any dollar amount that you’d like, applicable towards the subscription costs for any of our Style Subscription Packages or towards any a la carte style service.
