What we do at lookingGLASS

Whether it’s a black tie event, an interview, or spectacular photos for your brand, lookingGLASS can help you look and feel your very best. We give real outfit styling advice to real women in real-time, sending them out the door looking good and feeling confident! A personal stylist will work with you and your closet to curate a complete outfit with items you already own and suggest new outfit options.

Is lookingGLASS available for everybody?

Yes! Although we primarily specialize in helping busy women and moms struggling to regain their personal sense of style, we understand that anyone regardless of gender or age might need a little help. We are committed to providing an approachable, safe space for all of our clients to express their frustrations and get personalized styling solutions, fast.

How does lookingGLASS’s styling services work?

Start by taking our short 2-minute style questionnaire to help us learn your individual needs and style preferences. Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, you’ll be connected with a personal stylist who will work with you and your closet to curate a complete outfit with items you already own and suggest new outfit options. Depending on your Style Subscription Package preference, consultations can occur via text, phone, or video.

Is this a box subscription service?

No. We sell our styling services, not the clothing options that we’re suggesting. Although we may recommend a clothing option that you don’t already own, there is no obligation to purchase any clothing. We work with you and your closet to provide personalized styling solutions.

How much does this cost?

The cost of our subscription packages varies depending on two things; first is your preference for how the consultations occur, whether it’s via text, phone, or video. Second is your preference for how long and how many style sessions you’d like included in your monthly subscription. We offer a 10% discount on all packages that are pre-paid annually.

Style BFF Package: $97

  • Two 15-minute text message styling sessions.
  • One 30-minute video or voice call session. 

Elite BFF Package: $147

  • Three 15-minute text message styling sessions.
  • Two 30-minute video or voice call sessions. 

VIP All-Access Package: $347

  • One 45-minute video personal styling session with our founder 1:1.
  • Unlimited text messaging with our stylists.
  • Complimentary invites to all in-person lookingGLASS events.

If you're curious to try our style services, but aren't ready to commit to a subscription package, we have one-time style sessions available.

What's the difference between the Style BFF Package and the Elite BFF Package?

Choose our Style BFF Package for $97, including two 15-minute text message styling sessions and one 30-minute video or voice call session. Or level up to our Elite BFF Package for $147, featuring three 15-minute text message sessions and two 30-minute video or voice call sessions. Both options are amazing, but the Elite BFF Package offers extra perks and more personalized attention. It's the ultimate styling experience that will leave you feeling fabulous.

I already have a subscription. How do I connect with a stylist?

Navigate to your Account Profile and select the “Get Started” button in the upper right hand corner. You will then be prompted to complete the 2-minute style questionnaire to help us learn your individual needs and style preferences, like whether this is for a specific event or if you’re just needing a wardrobe refresh. Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, you’ll be connected with a professional stylist who will get you styled!

Can I send lookingGLASS as a gift?

Yes! You can purchase an e-gift card in any dollar amount that you’d like, applicable towards the subscription costs for any of our Style Subscription Packages or towards any a la carte style service. To purchase a style gift card, go to our Gift Card page and follow the instructions.

Do my Style Session credits expire?

Because we understand that life happens, we do allow our clients a one-time, 30-day extension of their style session credits. This means that you will have an additional 30 days to renew your style credits before they expire. You can have a maximum of 6 style credit sessions in one month.

Do I have to get styled every month?

No! We understand that life happens and things can get in the way. You can rollover your monthly style session credits to the following month one time, and you will have an additional 30 days to use your style credits before they expire.

Do I have to have an annual subscription?

No! We offer monthly subscription packages, but you will receive a 10% discount if you pre-pay annually for your Style Subscription Package.

Can my unused styling credits rollover to the next month?

Yes! Because we understand that life happens, we do allow our clients a one-time 30-day extension for their style session credits. This means that you will have an additional 30 days to renew your style credits before they expire. You can have a maximum of 6 style credit sessions in one month.

Can I share my styling credits with someone else? 

Not yet, but this feature is coming soon! We know that sharing is caring and we’re working hard to make this happen.

How do I cancel, pause, or change my subscription?
