No. Shopping is not required. lookingGLASS creates daily outfit recommendations using the clothes you already own. If you ever want to shop, that is completely optional. The app is designed to help you get more out of what is already in your closet.
Can you work with my existing wardrobe?
Yes. That is exactly how the app works. You scan your closet and we use those pieces to generate outfits for your real life. Closet not perfect? We got you! We work with what you have right now.
What if I don’t know my style?
Most people don’t and that is okay. You do not need a defined style to use lookingGLASS. The app learns from your closet, your schedule, and what you like over time. Style clarity builds naturally without overthinking it. We also have fun, easy quizzes on our website to help you hone it in and our Pinterest is full of outfit inspiration and ideas if you want to explore even more.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can stop using the app anytime. No pressure, no awkward emails, no fine print. Of course, you can also just delete the app. It’s free anyway!

Is this going to be expensive?
Nope. The app is one hundred percent free with no in app purchases required. Our goal is to make getting dressed easier and less stressful, not add another subscription to your life.
Do I need to be a certain size, shape, or age for this to work?
Absolutely not. lookingGLASS is built for real people with real bodies at every size, shape, and stage of life.
How does the app know what to recommend?
lookingGLASS uses your closet, the weather, and your calendar or events to generate outfits that actually make sense for your day. The more you use the app, the better it gets and the more of your closet you upload, the more we can mix, match, and create fresh outfit ideas. Last minute plans or a change in weather? You can generate new outfits anytime.
Will you pressure me to follow trends or dress a certain way?
Never. Trends are optional. Personal style comes first. We focus on what feels like you and works for your real life, not what the internet says you should be wearing.
Can I still use this if I mostly work from home or stay at home?
Yes and honestly this is where the app shines. We help you look pulled together for everyday life. Work from home, errands, school drop off, casual plans, travel, and everything in between.
What if I don’t feel confident in my body right now?
You are not alone and you are exactly who this app is for. lookingGLASS styles the body you have today with respect and realism. Confidence comes from feeling comfortable and supported, not from changing yourself.
How do I communicate with a stylist?
You get early access to features that include live stylist support. As soon as it's available, you will be able to text or video chat with a real stylist directly in the app for extra help or second opinions.
