Stefani brings her unique and diverse background in personal styling and entrepreneurship to the lookingGLASS team. She is a serial entrepreneur, having founded two businesses, one of which is an online retailer specializing in women's clothing aimed at fostering sisterhood and boosting women's confidence. Prior to joining lookingGLASS, Stefani served as a personal stylist at StitchFix for over four years, honing her styling expertise.

Her Family

Raised across the southern regions of Texas, Stefani's educational journey led her to Texas A&M University, where she majored in Communications and accomplished an impressive feat by completing her degree in just three years. Stefani shares her life with her high school sweetheart, and together, they are proud parents to three girls and one boy. Five years ago, her family made the exciting move to Austin, a city she proudly declares as her favorite place to live in Texas.

One valuable lesson Stefani has gained throughout her style journey is the paramount importance of a proper fit. She firmly advises, "If it doesn't fit, don't buy it! And if you already own it but it no longer fits, pass it along!" Stefani passionately believes that personal style is unique to each individual and doesn't conform to a one-size-fits-all approach. She recognizes the significance of identifying a person's individual style challenges and collaboratively working with them to discover styles that evoke confidence and comfort.

In her leisure time, Stefani enjoys experimenting with exciting new recipes, engaging in pilates and weight lifting, sharing happy hours with her girlfriends, and embracing new experiences. Her spiritual life holds significant importance, and she cherishes her connection to her larger church community.
